Semi-Custom Collection Ordering Process

1. SELECT YOUR INVITATION SUITE

Ready to take the next step? Choose the ideal suite for your special day and explore various package options tailored to suit both your preferences and budget. Additionally, peruse the list of optional embellishments/upgrades available for your selection. Let's create the perfect package for your wedding vision!

2. ORDER A SAMPLE

Eager to experience the look and feel of the suite in person? Order a sample! Samples for each Wedding Collection Suite are available for purchase. For just $10, you'll receive a complete suite as pictured in the wedding collection. Better yet, if you decide to proceed with ordering one of the wedding collections, your $10 will be credited back to you. Dive into the tangible beauty of our suites with a sample in hand!

3. CUSTOMIZE YOUR SUITE

Personalize the wording, ink color, and paper options to match your wedding style, while the overall design layout stays consistent. This approach helps maintain the affordability and quicker turnaround time of the collection compared to fully customized invitation suites. Please note: single ink colors can be changed, but artwork that contains several ink colors are unable to be changed without additional charges.

4. ORDER YOUR BEAUTIFUL INVITATIONS

After selecting your ideal suite, package, add-ons, and quantity, proceed to checkout with your 50% retainer to kick off the exciting process! Expect a welcome email detailing your next steps, initiating the proofing process.

5. ENJOY A COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION

Upon placing your order, you will receive a welcome email including a link to schedule your 15 minute consultation. There we will discuss your wording, discuss details and answer any questions. At that point you'll be integrated into our client management system, granting you access to all your documents throughout the journey.

6. PROOFING

Once we have reviewed your wording, expect a proof of your suite within 3 business days. Customizations, if required, may take an additional 5-7 business days. Two complimentary rounds of edits are permitted before final approval is needed.

7. APPROVAL & FINAL PAYMENT

After your design is perfect, we'll send a print release for your signature. Once you submit the final payment, we're all set to kick off the production phase!

8. PRODUCTION

Production typically takes 3-6 weeks, varying by the print method and add-ons you selected. This timeframe ensures meticulous printing, assembly, and quality assurance for your invitation order. All orders will be reviewed in-house before they are shipped to you.

9. SHIPPING

Upon completion of your order, we'll notify you, and your exquisite suite will be promptly shipped to the address you provided via UPS.

Semi-Custom Collection Investment

With our semi-custom collection, you can enjoy the sophistication of high-quality design and products without the custom design cost. Orders usually range from $800 to $1,500, influenced by quantity and the add-ons you choose.
